DMMP Agencies seek Public Comment (April 19 - June 18, 2010) on proposed interim guidelines for dioxin in dredged sediment

The Dredged Material Management Program (DMMP) agencies are seeking public comment on proposed interim guidelines for dioxin in dredged sediment. These guidelines will be used to determine if dredged sediments containing dioxins can be disposed at designated open-water sites in Puget Sound. Comments must be submitted by June 18, 2010 by e-mail to: dioxinproject@usace.army.mil.
